The first week of work in the new year has come to an end, and a three-day weekend is just around the corner.

Assuming a week has two days off, my current plan is to focus on tackling some difficult tasks at work. When faced with such challenges, I’ll spend at most half a day dealing with them and use the remaining time to rest and prepare for career transition-related studies.

Career transition preparation mainly involves interview skills:

1. Improving English and Japanese proficiency (specifically for interview purposes)
2. Non-technical questions
3. Technical questions

For point 1, although the scope is broad and most materials focus on basic improvements, the truth is that preparing for points 2 and 3 in both languages will achieve the same result.

Over the coming year, I plan to gradually organize and share the questions I’ve been preparing.
