Does your company periodically share the result of each quarter with the whole team?

This is the second time the CEO of the company I'm working for (StreetLib) shares the 💵company results💵 of the last quarter with the whole team.

We're a small company, the "operative" team is composed of 11 people, yet I strongly appreciate these occasions because they actually make me feel as a part of the team.

The CEO also prompts the team to ask any kind of question about the data shared.

The willingness to provide this level of transparency helps to build the trust in the relationship with the company.
