A project is a series of tasks, with a beginning and end, that need to be completed in order to reach the desired outcome.

What is the project Management ?

Application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet the project requirement and achieve the desired outcome with respect of budget and time.

What does a project Manager do ?

Follow a process that involves :
- Planning and organizing
- Managing tasks
- Budgeting
- Controlling costs and other factors.
Assure that the project will be completed on time and within budget.
