To show the query window at startup in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), follow these steps:
Open SSMS.
In the Tools menu, select Options.
In the Options window, expand the Environment section and click on Startup.
Under the At startup section, select the option Open new query window.
Click OK to save your changes.
Now, every time you launch SSMS, a new query window will automatically open.
