In this 9 minute hands-on video I use the Prometheus json_exporter to retrieve metrics from a JSON API and get them into Prometheus.
I explain that the json_exporter is actually just one of hundreds of potential exporters, so pretty much anything (from hardware to Kubernetes clusters) can be monitored with Prometheus.
