Hello everyone! I want to start a discussion about technologies that you would use if you're starting a new project or building up a new tech company.

If you're starting a new tech company what languages, technologies, platforms, etc. would you use and why? Say your tech company is doing some web and app development and you're developing to setup a new e-commerce site or a social networking site.
