Hello, dev.to community! My name is Shoeb Ahmad, and I'm an aspiring full-stack developer. My journey into web development began with a passion for creating dynamic and responsive websites. Today, I’m skilled in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, and I’m on a mission to further my skills and make an impact in the tech world.

How It All Started

I’ve always been fascinated by technology, and my journey into web development was sparked by a desire to build websites that not only look good but also provide excellent user experiences. I started with basic HTML and CSS, but as I grew more interested, I delved into modern web development frameworks and languages like JavaScript, React, and eventually Next.js.

Key Milestones

1. Next.js & TypeScript Mastery

I began experimenting with Next.js for its server-side rendering and TypeScript for type safety. This combination made my development process faster and more efficient.

2. Building Projects

I’ve worked on several projects, including a portfolio website, a number-guessing game, a simple calculator, and a digital clock. These projects have helped me understand the nuances of frontend development and strengthen my coding practices.

3. Hackathons & Learning

I’m also preparing for a hackathon focused on building a dynamic e-commerce website. This experience is helping me explore Headless CMS, APIs, and shipment tracking — all critical skills for the future.

A Look Ahead

I have big plans for 2025! I aspire to build my own startup, become a faculty member at GIAC, and continue improving my skills in full-stack development. My journey is just getting started, and I’m excited to learn, grow, and share my experiences with you all.
